1. Initial Inquiry
Submit Consignment Form: Fill out the online consignment form with basic information about your vehicle (make, model, year, mileage, condition).
Contact Us: Alternatively, call or email our team to discuss your vehicle and consignment options.
2. Vehicle Evaluation
Schedule an Appointment: Arrange a convenient time for an evaluation at our facility or a virtual inspection.
Vehicle Inspection: Our experts will inspect the vehicle's condition, verify its documentation, and assess its market value.
3. Agreement & Documentation
Review Consignment Agreement: Understand the terms and conditions, including fees, commission rates, and duration of the consignment.
Sign Contract: Complete and sign the consignment agreement to formalize the arrangement.
Submit Documentation: Provide necessary documents such as the title, service records, and any other relevant paperwork.
4. Preparation for Sale
Vehicle Preparation: We will handle any necessary detailing to enhance the vehicle’s appeal.
Photographs & Listing: High-quality photos and a detailed description of your vehicle will be created for the online listing.
5. Marketing & Promotion
Online Listing: Your vehicle will be listed on our website, social media, and promoted through all of our marketing channels.
Advertising: We will use various platforms and marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
Our Detailing process
Step One:
We utilize our partnership with First-Class Mobile Detailing to have each vehicle professionally detailed after inspection. Each vehicle will receive an intensive hand wash and detail using only the finest detailing products. Everything from wheels, interior, engine bay, and trunk will be meticulously detailed in order to increase the value of your vehicle. We only utilize the highest quality products from Adam's Polishes, AMMONYC, Gyeon USA, and other top-rated suppliers.
Step Two:
After our initial detailing process, each vehicle's paint will be evaluated and grouped into various categories. Any vehicle with existing pristine paint will be administered a showroom wax and glaze followed by a liquid ceramic sealant. Vehicles with light to moderate swirl marks or imperfections will receive a one-step paint correction before receiving the showroom wax and sealant. Vehicles with scratches or other imperfections will be compounded and polished accordingly using a two-step paint correction process.
Step Three:
All vehicles will recieve the greatest amount of care possible. This includes but is not limited to leather cleaner and conditioner, steam cleaning, carpets and mats shampoo and extraction, light stain removal, and various other methods of enhancing your vehicle's condition. While certain scratches and imperfections may not be removable, we strive to take every step to bring your car back to showroom quality.
